The kitchen is fully furnished in light colors, the worktop has a similar shade. The equipment also includes an induction hob, an oven and an extractor hood.
The bathrooms are fitted with wooden suspended washbasins with one or two washbasins, depending on the building design, a shower with a floor-level shower tray and Tres concealed fittings.
Large-format porcelain floor tiles from the Saloni brand were selected for all rooms in the apartments. The terraces are tiled with the same non-slip model.
Each apartment can be air-conditioned with an air-to-air heat pump with a split system in the ceiling suspension and distribution via air ducts and grid outlets. There is also a heat pump for hot water production. Both the main bathroom and the second bathroom have electric underfloor heating.
