High-quality surfaces
The kitchens in Eclipse are supplied in light colors and with a worktop in a similar shade and are equipped with an oven, induction hob and extractor hood.
The bathrooms have a suspended wooden cabinet with one or two washbasins depending on the project, a walk-in shower with shower tray and recessed Tres brand fittings.
A large-format porcelain stoneware tile from the Saloni brand was chosen for all the living areas. The same model is used on the terraces in the non-slip version.
The apartments will be equipped with air conditioning with air-to-air heat pump with concealed split system in the false ceiling and distribution via ducts and grilles. Aerotermie system for water heating. Both the main and secondary bathrooms have electric underfloor heating.

Die Küche ist vollständig in hellen Farben möbliert, die Arbeitsplatte hat einen ähnlichen Farbton. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem ein Induktionskochfeld, ein Ofen und eine Abzugshaube.
Die Bäder sind mit Hängewaschtischen aus Holz mit einem oder zwei Waschbecken, je nach Bauplanung, Dusche mit bodengleicher Duschtasse und Unterputzarmaturen der Marke Tres ausgestattet.
Für alle Räume der Wohnungen wurden großformatige Porzellanbodenfliesen der Marke Saloni ausgewählt. Die Verfliesung der Terrassen erfolgt mit demselben Modell in rutschfester Ausführung.
Jede Wohnung ist mit einer Luft-Luft-Wärmepumpe mit Split-System in der Deckenabhängung und Verteilung über Luftkanäle und Gitterauslässe klimatisierbar. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine ärmepumpe zur Warmwasserproduktion. Sowohl das Haupt- als auch das zweite Badezimmer verfügen über eine elektrische Fußbodenheizung.
